Kodiac Brewery Bar & Grill is a Colorado microbrewery with deep roots in the Centennial craft beer scene. Our artisanal approach to brewing results in handcrafted beers made in limited quantities by our talented brewmaster, Stephen Monahan. Our small batch focus allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness while experimenting with bold flavors, unique ingredients, and innovative brewing techniques.

The Kodiac Beer Menu offers an eclectic mix of styles, ranging from crisp, refreshing lagers and hoppy IPAs to rich, velvety stouts and complex Belgian ales. We also draw inspiration from Colorado's beer culture, incorporating local ingredients and regional brewing traditions into our creations. Our head brewer Stephen is dedicated to using locally-sourced ingredients in our brews, such as yeast from Inland Island Yeast and grain from Root Shoot Malting in Loveland. Troubadour Maltings in Fort Collins also provides some of the roasted malts used in our brewing process. By supporting the surrounding community and using local ingredients, Kodiac Brewery ensures our brews have a unique and distinct flavor profile.
